We require dogs to be up to date on their vaccinations prior to boarding with us. We ask that you provide proof of current vaccinations from your licensed veterinary practice. These records can be emailed to us prior to boarding or copies can be provided at check in. The following vaccinations are required:
Bordetella
Distemper-Parvo
Rabies
For the safety of your companion and others, we require dogs to be on leashes when checking in and checking out.
We ask you to provide your dog’s personal food from home to ensure stable digestion. Please label food bags and bins with your dog’s name and the amount to be fed per day. Freezers and fridges are available at our facility to keep perishable food fresh.
You may bring medications to be administered during your dog’s stay. Please bring medications in original containers, or label containers with your dog’s name, the name of the medication, the amount required, and the number of times per day the medication should be administered.
You may bring personal belongings (beds, blankets, toys, chew bones, treats) for your pet. We will do our best to return all items. We are not responsible for lost, soiled, or damaged items left for our guests. We will do our best to send bedding home clean. Please be sure bedding is clean upon arrival.
We require dogs of certain breeds and temperaments to complete a trial day with us prior to booking a boarding reservation. Connect with one of our staff members by phone or email to see if a trial is necessary before booking your stay.
We do not accept dogs that exhibit the following behaviors:
Aggression towards people
Aggression towards other dogs
Destruction of property
Excessive/uncontrollable barking, whining, or howling
Dogs exhibiting signs of illness
Dog’s exhibiting these behaviors prior to or during their stay will be asked to find other accommodations. We appreciate your cooperation in such matters as to ensure the safety of your pets as well as our other guests and staff.
